Process

Six steps. Full chain of custody.

Every device is tracked from pickup to certificate. No gaps in the audit trail.

01
Pickup Request
Schedule a pickup. We arrive with secure transport containers and chain-of-custody forms.
02
Device Inventory
Every device is logged — serial number, asset tag, make, model. You get a copy. We get a copy. The audit trail starts here.
03
Secure Transport
Devices move to our secure processing facility with documented chain-of-custody at every handoff.
04
NIST 800-88 Sanitization
Data is sanitized using methods aligned with NIST SP 800-88 — Clear or Purge depending on media type and client requirements.
05
Verification
Sanitization is independently verified. If verification fails, the device is flagged for physical destruction — no exceptions.
06
Certificate of Sanitization
You receive a per-device certificate documenting the method, verification result, date, and unique certificate ID. Examiner-ready.
